What are good schools for Child Psychiatry?

I am applying to med schools and M.D./Ph.D. programs, and I was wondering where to apply. This much I know: I want the M.D. part to be child psychiatry. For the Ph.D. I'm deciding between pharmacology or imaging within the neuroscience track. Where are good schools to apply to?
