NEED SOME ADVICE PLEASE HELP!?

Ok, i need some help. Heres the story: I have beeen going out with this guy for 7 months and I havent really been happy in the relationship in a while but we have our goood and bad days. He is totaly in love with me but I dont think I feel the same way.But there is something stoping me from dumping him. I have been talking to this guy all school year and now that school is over him and I have been texting and getting kind of close. We flirt and he makes me smile. I dont know if I should stay with my boyfriend who im not that happy with. Or take a risk with this guy who's not good with serious relationships but wants to be with me. I really dont know what I should do and its making me crazy! Please help me decide
