College Psychiatry question?

I am trying to decide what my career will be, now please understand I am just trying to get information, I know it very well may change in the next years. But my question is what do I need to do now (as a sophomore) in high school to make psychiatry as possilbe career. I am taking AP psychology and have taken honors math classes every year. I also get good grades. My other question is what do I need to take in college, and what do i need to major in and I am talking about my first 4 years of college (I'm not talking about the 4 years of medical school) Thank you so much for any help.
