Do my parents hate me?

They don't hate you, they love you. Parents who hate their children are parents who just let them go off and do anything they want. The fact that they give you rules and structure means that they care about your safety and well-being. The part about moving out was probably an idle threat...if he really wanted you gone, why would he care if you stay out all night with your friends?
