Ok, so im 14 , 5'6 & i weigh 200 , & i wanna loose 40 pounds before august 24th . So heres the plan . I eat either a yorgurt or a bowl of cereal for breakfast. Salad or tuna sandwich for lunch. & turkey and rice or soup for dinner . i will work out in the morning, afternoon, 6pm , and 9pm , i will jog on the treadmill for 30mins, lift weights do sit-ups ect for 20 mins & box for 20 mins. is this a goood plan too loose weight fast ? thanks in advance.
