Why am i so ugly.. i just need help finding out how to make my self look better,please.?

okay so i look really pretty when i smile but when im back to like just not making a face i think i look so ugly and i do... why is this? i really hate this is there anyway to make me loook more pretty? i mean when i smile my eyes look goood but when they arent in smile mode they look scary.. i really hate this and i feel soo ugly please help me
