Please help me... before im regrets it my whole life?

I just goes to the psychiatry hospital just now, i told everything to the doctor about the neighbors harrasing me, spying and i can't sleep at night for more than four hours everyday and no matter what i sleep i still get only four hours, he think i am having pananoid and delusional but not anymore after i showed him the videos of the noise but still he give me risperidone 1mg and clonazepam 2mg and he so confidence and asking not to move out and give it for 3 month i'll be back to normal state. My problems is if i move out will i gets better and also i have been thinking to move out and i can get happy and relaxes feeling, so please tell me should i move out or continue staying in this apartment?
