Would double majoring in Psychology and Philosophy with a minor in Physics help me get into med school?

I want to get either an M.D. or PhD in Neuroscience and I am wondering what degree(s) to pursue. I know Biology is an good option but I know that everybody who wants to be a doctor majors in Biology plus I hate my colleges biology program, and the bio staff and I am afraid I will have a 3.0 when I graduate if I major in Biology. I also may pursue a M.D. in Psychiatry or go to Law school, but I enjoy Neuroscience. What do you think? Would I stand out to a med school because I'm not just another Bio, Bio-chem or chem major?
