Psychiatry or Physical therapy?

I'm trying to decide on career choices (I'm still in high school by the way) and I can't choose between the two. I already know what both careers do and I KNOW that I have to be a doctor for psychiatry first. which career in your opinion is overall a better choice? I love helping people get better, which is why I want one of these careers. also, I an prepared to put in as much work necessery as needed. thanks x
