You always crave what you leave out of your diet. Instead of taking wheat bread out of your diet completely, eat it twice a week. No food is off limits. Best tip I ever learned on Weight watchers, where I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. Don't eat 5 slices, Eat a nice hearty sandwich between two slices of wheat bread. Yes, gluten is very addicting. (I am allergic to gluten and have had to avoid everything made with wheat for the past 5 years) You are lucky you don't have to. Eat everything in moderation and you won't crave it so much. :)
