Psychiatry specializing in the criminally insane?

Is there anyone that can offer me any advice on life after high school when it comes to continuing to learn & gain a job as a psychiatrist or psychologist specializing in criminally insane people? Any advice would be appreciated on how far i should advance in my education and what job options i would have.
