What medications should I look into for a mild anxiety disorder?

I take Xanax. That works for me. My doctor had me on something else, and yes it helped the anxiety, but it relaxed me too much. It would make me fall asleep and i didn't want that. Xanax you take as needed, and it kicks in fast. Good look with everything, and just remember to breath!
