Im dating a guy for about 2 weeks and he hardly texts, or calls, or anything...?

we've had our ups and downs and i told him about how i feel but yet hes always m.i.a and i dont know why but it bothers me a lot. I feel like i am giving him a chance and hes just acting like he doent care. But when we do meet up and hang out its sooo goood so im so confused...
