How would I go about getting an Apprentice ship in Psychiatry?

No there is no such thing. You have to start with a medical degree, which takes 5 yeras, then 2 years as a pre registration doctor, which is in either medical or surgical areas, you can then begin psychiatric training, which takes around 3 years to complete.
