Don't know if I should get this phone or not,help?

Right, well there's this phone I really want to buy. I've been told by various people it's really goood, and I reaallyyy like the look of it, not only that it's been reduced from �130 to �50.But I heard that somebody in my class has that phone, and she was really annoyed as she'd paid �130 to have a phone that was different to everyone elses, and me getting it would just defeat the whole point of it, and she was really annoyed. I realllyyy don't want to piss this person off, but I really want the phone, suggestions?
