i think you are reading too much into this issue he is your best friends brother so he is going to show affection to you but i think it may be only friend affection as there is a three year age gap and like me you are still only young i think you should wait and see if he pulls anymore moves on you and if he does tell your best mate you have feelings for him and ask her to talk to him for you.hope this helps.
