Actingg? 14?? Need Help?

Okayy!! I am 14 years old but dont act my age! I can be sophisticatedd but I can also get alongg with younger children! :) I have ALWAYS wantedd to become an actress I lovee to act!! I have been in several communtiy plays & school plays! I wanna get there qiuck! Imm willingg to take a chance here!! Please help me out! Where do I go to get a GOOOD agent? & I have been savingg up money for a plane ticket to Hollywood!! :) I have some greatt headshots! I need simple hut detailed steps!
